Swimming Pool
The apartment benefits from the use of a large shared swimming pool.

Every “creature comfort”
On arrival there will be some basic provisions in the cupboard, and a bottle of cava chilling in the fridge. The beds will be freshly made with towels neatly laid out for you. Toiletries will have been placed in the bathrooms. All the ingredients for a special break.

Utility bills
No hidden extras for electricity, air-conditioning or heating.

Telephone and broadband internet
Each apartment is equipped with a telephone for local and national calls within Spain. All such calls are free of charge.
There is also a wireless broadband connection (free of charge) so you can access the internet with your laptop computer.

Cots and high chairs
One of each is available if requested in advance.

Welcome pack
On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack which includes a bottle of cava, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, margarine, eggs, bacon, cheese, orange juice, still and sparkling water, marmalade, cornflakes, yoghurt, biscuits, seasonal fruits. (There may be some variations.)

Maid service
Available by prior arrangement. Please ask for prices and details.

Service cleans
Service cleans are complimentary for stays of 8 nights or more.

Smoking
Please note that smoking is strictly not permitted in the apartments, however you may smoke on the terrace.

Renting both apartments
Both apartments can be taken at the same time, with a reduction in rental of 10%. In this case, there is a solid connecting door between the two large outside terraces which can be left unlocked for your use, to enable easy movement between the apartments.

Airport transfer
Private transfer to and from the airport can be arranged. Please ask for prices and details.
